Today is a sunny day!I got up at 6:00 in the morning and went out to do some excersize by routine.After that I returned home and had an apple,an egg and a glass of milk for my breakfast.I think these food are nutritious to me.Since I don't have much time to rest in the noon,my lunch are simple--I had two hamburgers,chicken and broccoli.Also,I don't feel hungry in the evening,so I just had a carrot,some salad and some water.That's my diet of today.
