I'm Li Hua.I think we are supposed to do sports every day.
At present,we have to get ourselves ready for all kinds of exams and tests in school.So we always do exercise all the time.Even if at lunch time,there are many students doing their exercise.But I find those people are always have something wrong with their body,like having a cold,having a headache and so-on.
So we should do some sports everyday.It can keep us healthy and keep us away from illness.And we can have a rest by doing sports,too.
Although we should do sports everyday,we must arrange time resonably.We can do some sports in the spare time but we can't do that all the time.
I hope we can have a strong body and good study.

At present,we have to make ourselves ready for all kinds of exams in school. So we are doing exercise all the time. Even at lunch time, there are many students doing their exercise. But I always find those people having something wrong with their body, like catching a cold, getting through a headache and so-on.
So we should do sports everyday, which can keep us healthy and keep us away from illness. Also, we can have a rest by doing sports!
