其实两种说法都对.只是,如果有借此的话,一般把介词移前,放到引导词前面.
但固定搭配的短语中的介词一般不提前.如：

He is my goodfriend whom i ofteh play with.
he is my good friend with whom i often play
He is my good friend with whom I often play.
He is my good friend, with whom I often play.
补充：with放前放后都对，但是在定语从句中有介词的时候，通常会把介词放到引导词，也就是whom的前面。
