这个today是指今天.题目的意思是指向今天之内你看见赵海了没?
所以不是过去时,用isn't coming.而另一种问法是你今天看见过赵海没,强调的是已经见过他了没,所以是现在完成时,用have you seen.
第二题,注意动词meet ,也就是题目意思是你和编辑在机场碰面了没有,是碰面的动作,这个动作不是延续性动词,所以不用完成时,用did you see 比较符合.
