This first became a national celebration around the Tang dynasty,and even to today,Chong Yang Festival has been associated with hiking to high places.Since September is the month of harvesting,the air is fresh,certainly a great time of the year to enable one’s heart to become happy and relaxed while keeping one’s body healthy and free of illnesses.
