Li Shi-min dreamed that his elder and younger brothers,who were put
to death by himself,had come with some monsters to kill him.He was
so frightened that he could hardly sleep at night.So he let two great
generals Qin Shu-bao and Yu Chi-gong stand on guard for him at the
door.Thus he could fall asleep peacefully.However,with a long time
passing by,the two generals fell ill at last because they could not sleep during
the nights.Then Li Shi-min ordered the images of the two generals be painted
on paper and stuck on the door to deter the monsters.This is the origin of
the Chinese Door God.
