学生希望老师博学、公正,这的确没错.从某种程度上讲,一个好的老师,可以改变学生的一生.但同样的,老师对学生也有基本的要求——外因只是变化的条件,内因才是变化的根据.那么,什么是大学生最重要的品质?本人在此陈述几点,以供广大教师和大学生朋友们评论.

一、强烈的好奇心和求知欲
学生读大学的根本目的是求知,而强烈的好奇心和求知欲望,是追求知识的最好动力,它会让你在追求知识、探究为什么的过程中,“累,并快乐着”.

二、勤学、好问； 乐观、上进
尽管现在有不少同学因为经济困难的缘故,分心、分神,但总体上看,大学期间,是学习的黄金时期.这里,有数以十万和百万计的藏书,有各行各业的名师指点,有素质相当的大学同学,有安静的氛围……但不少同学大学时不知道这一点,毕业后参加工作,“书到用时方恨少”时已晚.勤学的过程中,一定要“好问”,要带着怀疑和批判的眼光去读书,这样才不会成为书本的奴隶.同时还要乐观、上进.尽管现在不公正、不公平的现象普遍存在,但大学生有必要保持一种乐观、上进的心态,这样更有利于自己的身心健康发展.

三、善良、正直；自信、谦虚
善良、正直是做人的最基本要求和底线,大学生要懂得“换位思考”,要想让人家尊重你,你首先就要尊重人家.面对黑暗和邪恶,你可以明哲保身,但不能同流合污,不能助纣为虐.自卑是妨碍你个性发挥的大敌,而自信,有助于你个性的施展、特长的发挥.当然,倘若只有自信,没有谦虚,就会变为狂妄；倘若只有谦虚,没有自信,可能就会演变为自卑.因此,自信和谦虚,二者不可偏废.

四、强烈的责任感
