pro:feeling stressed during the final exam is bad.as for students,the most important thing is to take a good rest before the exam with a peaceful mind.if we feel stressed,we may suffer from insomnia,which will affect our condition when we are taking the exam.
cro:i dont think so.well,feeling stressed does not necessarily lead to insomia.according to scientific research,a measure of reasonable stress is prone to enhance efficiency and made a better result.
cro:well,you two have your points there.on the part of parents,children's feeling stressed will worry them,no matter to what degree it is.for example,when i am in the college entrance exam,my mum fees more stressed than i am.but in order to reassure me,she didnt tell me until the exam is over.as for students,i dont think it is good to feel stressed,because for me,the best condition is to do it as usual.
pro:yep,you took it from my mouth.better to be natural and pretend that nothing happens.anyway,we cant control the degree our stress is to.what if we feel too stressed to write with trembling hand!
