According to experts,it is very important to have a healthy diet,or your health will still get worse even you keep doing exercises.When I was very small,my mother kept telling me that having a healthy diet is more important than anything.After a long time of developing a good habits,now I have a healthy diet.Every morning,I always have a piece of bread,a bowl of porridge and a boiled egg.Every noon when it is time for lunch,I am always tired and hungry because of 4 hours of study.So for lunch,I usually have meat as well as vegetables like carrot and cabbage,of course a bowl of rice can't be forgotten.In the evening,a bowl of soup before dinner is commen for me,because for an empty stomach,it is harmful to have solid food directly.Except breakfast,lunch and dinner,I also have different kinds of fruits like apples and oranges between two meals.Now I am proud of my healthy diet,and I hope I can keep this diet forever.
