To be a traveler
Good morning,ladies and gentlemen!
My name is Liu Ji.I'm a lovely girl.I'm from Lique Junior High School.Today is my great honor to be here.The title of my speech is "To be a traveler".
Now spring is coming,the weather is getting warmer and warmer.The world is becoming more and more beautiful.I love spring,and spring is a travelling season.I love traveling very much.I'm so exciting to visit different places.It's a good way to make new friends.Moreover,it’s like reading a book.
Yes,I love traveling.But I hate to see that environment has changed worse and worse.Many unknown places are built into resorts,trees are cut down,rivers and lakes are polluted.
But to our delight,our government has become more and more concerned with the protection of the environment.The government has been doing a great job.And what about us?What should we do?It’s just one step to take,for you,for me,for everyone.If every tourist uses less plastic bags,how much white pollution would disappear,if everyone tries to reach one place of interest on foot,how much clearer the sky would be,and if no guest asks the hotel to change towels every day,how much less detergent would be drained.
It is not difficult,right?It's just as simple as the famous slogan,"Please take away nothing but you smile,and leave behind nothing but you footprint".I believe that we all love our earth.So,now let's turn our passion into action.If not us,who?If not now,when?

countries are becoming aware of the link between diet and good health. But in
most of the developing countries...

Foreign fast food in China
Nowadays, more and more people in the developed
countries are becoming aware of the link between diet and good health. But in
most of the developing countries, people still don’t realize the importance of a
healthier diet. Almost all over the big cities in China, you can see many
foreign fast food shops such as Mcdonald's, Kentucky, Pizza Hut and so on. The
majority of the kids enjoy tasting very much. If a kid often goes there, he or
she may put up weight. So more and more fat children have appeared in sight. As
we know, these heavy fried foods contain too high calories and are harmful to
our health. If you eat them before a meal, they may take away our appetite. Once
our eating habits are changed, many terrible illnesses will visit you without
hesitation. So I call these foreign fast foods junk food. We’d better not eat
them all the time for our health.
It is time for Chinese government to do
something to encourage the eating of the right kinds of food. Otherwise, the
people will suffer more.
