What are the differences between the styles of boys’ and girls’wear in China?——这句话的意思是问男孩和女孩之间的区别?还是问所有男孩和女孩们他们有哪些个性和风格,譬如有的人中规中距有的人非主流有的人品位高有的人追逐潮流等等等等?
我觉得根据between a and b的句式应该按照前一种理解；但是根据这个问题的后半句感觉第二种理解比较合理..很苦恼啊

我也觉得是后者.男孩与女孩之间的根本没法儿比较嘛~
不同的style的比较因为也是两两进行的比较,所以也要用between:)
