1．本存折用于个人储蓄业务,须由建设银行营业柜台加盖储蓄所（柜）业务用公章,且存折不得涂改,否则本存折无效.
2．认真核对本存折所载内容是否完整、无误.由于本存折未补登而造成存款实际余额与本存折记载不一致的,以银行记录的存款实际余额为准.
3．请妥善保管本存折及预留印鉴、密码、身份证件,防止他人冒领存款.
4．如本存折发生遗失、损毁、被窃,请按照中国人民银行储蓄管理规定,立即向原开户银行申请办理挂失手续.存折挂失前被他人冒领的,由储户自行承担损失.预留印鉴遗失、密码泄露或遗忘的,比照前述规定申请办理挂失手续.
