因为人类一般分为男女是吧~正常人有23对染色体
男女的区别就在于性染色体,男性是XY,女性是XX.
所以那22条一样的就不用重复研究了,只需要研究22+X+Y=24条

human cells are diploid and have 22 different types of autosome, each present as two copies, and two sex chromosomes. This gives 46 chromosomes in total. So, human DNA project has determined DNA sequence form 22 autosomes and 2 sex chromosomes, X and Y.
