由于半导体LED光源有诸多优点,如体积小、耗电量低、高亮度、低热量、环保等,被认为作为照明光源必将成为继白炽灯、荧光灯、高强度气体放电灯之后的第四代光源.随着LED在照明领域应用的需求日趋迫切,LED灯具的散热问题也日益得到重视.LED筒灯作为一种应用前景广泛的照明灯具,其散热问题也是产品开发过程中的重要问题.因为它的散热空间有限,散热器的重量也不可以过大.另外考虑其可靠性和成本的因素,本文提出了基于微热管太阳花散热结构,旨在克服常规型材散热器的单纯依靠自然对流散热时扩散热过大的缺陷,同时减轻散热器的重量.通过数值模拟的方法研究了中环内径、环境温度、底板穿孔、翅片高度和翅片数目对散热器性能的影响.模拟结果表明,在研究的参数范围内,太阳花结构散热器能够满足LED筒灯的散热要求.
本文将在前期数值模拟研究的基础上,针对LED路灯的散热结构进行优化设计.根据设计结果,最终确定了符合要求的LED路灯散热方案.

Semiconductor LED light source will become the fourth-generation source following the incandescent,fluorescent,high intensity discharge lamps for many advantages,such as small size,low power consumption,high brightness,low-calorie,environmental friendly,With the increasingly urgent demand for LED lighting field,attention is paid to the heat dissipation problem of LED lamps.LED downlight with wide application,heat issues are also important in the product development process.Because of its limited space for heat dissipation,the weight of the radiator is not too large.In addition to consider the reliability and cost factors,based on micro heat pipe the sunflowers cooling structure,designed to overcome the conventional profile radiator simply relying on natural convection,diffusion heat large defects,while reducing the radiator weight.The numerical simulation method to study the ring inside diameter ambient temperature,floor perforation,fin height and fin number of radiator performance.The simulation results show that sunflowers structure radiator is able to meet the thermal requirements of LED downlights within the parameters of the study.
This article in the early numerical simulation study based on the thermal structure for LED street lights to optimize the design.According to the results of design,and ultimately determined to meet the requirements of the LED street lamp cooling solution.
