Over couples of months ,I am being harassed by the noises that are made by you every day ,I would like to inform you here :If you don't stop making those noises immediately,I will solve the problem between us by means of legal procedures .Don't think that you are foreigners and you can enjoy the privilege in China and you can do whatever you want to do to make those noise to affect others' lives .If you disagree with me ,The person who will come to knock at your door is the policeman .

According to Chinese laws,a person makes noises which influence the other`s normal life,he will get a warning.If the warning is useless,the police officer will impose a fine,the fee is between 200 and 500 RMB. I know you don`t care the money，It is not a problem. But please remember it, what you did is not only your own things，but also represents the country where were you from, where were you born.
During a couple of months, I was suffering from the noises which is made by you. If you don`t stop the noises, I will work it out through legal ways.You have my words,I am totally serious，I have enough evidence to charge you.
