The first step is to mix the flour with water, when the dough is ready, we begin to make dumpling wrappers, you can use a rolling pole to roll the dough into small pieces, for easy cooking it should be thin and round. The second step is to prepare the dumpling filling. You can use meat ie. pork, beef or mutton and some vegetables what ever you like for the filling, of course you must cut and chop those things into small pieces and put some seasonings, when all these preparations are done, we start making dumling finally. The third step is to make dumpling, It is a bit difficult for the first learning. At first, you put a spoonful of filling in the center of the wrapper, then stick the two opposite of sides together and the rest, the best shape of dumpling is like a boat, you wont just cover the filling with the wrappers. The last step is to boil dumpling. You put dumpling in the boiled water, and stirring them cautiously, after about 10 minutes you should remove thoes dumplings from the boiled water and put them into plate, then you can taste those deliciouse foods.
