The other day I asked my boss to give me a rise in my salary.
I told him in a severe tone:" Living in the city is becoming more and more costly,and besides, I have to support my wife and my children are going to schools,but the price for education is also too expensive to afford.I live a hard life,sir.I really look forward to having my salary rised.In this way, not only my family can have the ability to live a better life, since I will be impulsed by it, I will work intelligently &diligently for our company and make more profit.What do you think,sir?"
He said ,considerable hesitated ,that our company's business was not prosperous and we had got too many rivalries,we cannot earn much as before.And the decrese of profit make it very dangerous for further existence of our company. Ofcourse I agreed,so I got a big rise in my salary .It surely was a surprise,and I was astounded.My boss was so kind to me,I must feel ashamed if I did not work hard!
