1. In the money-oriented society, some people are becoming more and more impersonal. They are reluctant to give a helping hand to those in need. From my perspective, helping others means helping yourself. My story can well illustrate my point. Many a time have I turned to my desk-mate for help when I face problems in my study. She was always very patient with me and never made any complaint, although they were very time-consuming. She said it was not a waste of time helping others, and instead, she could have deeper comprehension of the related knowledge. So helping others will benefit you yourself as well. Be ready to provide assistance to others, and then others will come to your aid when you are in trouble. What is more important is that doing others a favor leaves considerable satisfaction and happiness with us. We feel we are needed and respected. As the saying goes, "Roses given, fragrance in hand".
2.My low carbon life
With global environment deterioration more people choose Guo "low carbon life" that reduce carbon emissions, low energy, low consumption, low expenditure life. In my case, every morning I rode my bike to school, so that both physical activity and reducing environmental damage; to the supermarket to buy things with their own shopping bags; hand washing increased a lot of fun; I Home general not sit elevator, foot upstairs, I found this is slimming good way.
So order our environment, for ourselves order mankind, please everyone join low carbon living.
3.Travel To Shanghai World Expo
The day before yesterday ,I went to visit expo with my family. At 9a.m., we arrived at Shanghai .As other visitors did, we lined up at the entrance of the exhibition. After security check ,we entered the pavilion area. Most of the popular pavilions were located in PuDong. I meant to pay a visit to America Pavilion at first ,however ,a large number of visitors were waiting for the access to USA Pavilion .To save time , we chose Lithuania Pavilion as our first station. As we all know ,to remember the coronation of their first king ,Lithunians gave crowns made of paper to visitors on July 6th as presents. Apparently ,we missed the chance .What a pity! And we visited Luxembourg Pavilion .I had to say that the pavilion area was a sea of people.
We went to PuXi by ferry ,we stood on deck ,the cool wind caressed our faces ,and walked off weariness . I couldn't find an accurate word to express my feeling . What could I remember is 'cool'.And happiness is always of short duration.We came to Japan Industrial Pavilion .Three robots came into our eyesight .They were climbing up slowly, which attracted us .Nevertheless ,due to the long line, we gave it up. Next one was Shanghai Corporate Pavilion ,whose diminutive was 'magic cube'. The pavilion totally reflected the idea of ecology ,environmental protection and innovation .
At the entrance of China Railway Pavilion, we saw CRH-380A .Besides , in the pavilion ,we learnt the development history of China Railway .Now I'd like to talk about my best love--Latvia Pavilion. It was so beautiful and wonderful. It was made of 10 thousand colorful and transparent plastic slices .These slices played in the breeze and dazzled. After entering the pavilion ,we watched an unforgettable performance .Two handsome performers gave a stunning performance in a wind tunnel .They moved up and down ,along with difficult and dangerous actions . At the end ,these two easy-going guys also shaked hands with audiences .
In addition ,we also visited Germany Pavilion, Cuba Pavilion and so on.
Summary ,aithough a little tired , I really enjoyed it .
