We improved our Produce-to-Plan performance from 88 percent in Q4 of last year to 95 percent in each quarter this year.This is even more impressive in that about one third of the "missed" shipments were early - not late.We can't say enough about the progress in this area,mainly due to the great focus on effective implementation of Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP) II.We are operating at a Class A level for our Ag Chem business.The focus for 2007 is to sustain our gains,translate the work process improvements into tangible benefits to the DAS bottom-line and leverage our best practices into our Seeds and Healthy Oils business.
At the same time we’ve been progressing on our reliability,we’ve continued the progress on ramping up .Penoxsulam is ramping up well,the aminopyralid launch has been excellent,we’re on target for our pyroxsulam project RTO in 2007 - and we made good progress on our goals of aggressive transition to our proprietary traits in corn.
