Nutrition in sea food is abundant; what’smore,it is very low fat in sea food.So sea food is very good to your health.If you want to keep fit,having sea food instead of red meat is a smart choice.
In addition,cooking sea food is very easyand time-saving.Even you are a greed hand in cooking,you can make it.Throwing the sea food into the boiling water,and after a few minutes,you canenjoy the delicious food.If add a little soy sauce and mustard,it tastesperfect.Moreover,you can eat raw oyster.
Now you may wonder where we can get good qualitysea food.Freshness is the principal factor which decides the quality of seafood.So go to seaside for sea food.Enjoy it ,and you must love it.

I like Chinese local food a lot such as Peking duck,Spring Roll and so on.Because they taste very delicious and unique.They are also very popular among foreign travellers.To me,they are just like home cooking which makes me miss them a lot when I am abroad.
I like my mother have Chinese origin and we eat zongzi during a special occasion. I love Chinese food so there are a couples that is my favourite, shark fin soup, steamed fish Cantonese styled,,xiao long pao(small steam chinese bun),Peking duck,and also Dim Sum,Pan fried noodles Cantonese styled. Lots of thing.
