随着国民理财意识的提高,“个人理财”渐渐进入了大众的视野,而近几年个人理财业务的蓬勃发展,也越来越让人们意识到个人理财的必要性.个人理财不仅可以使个人以及家庭的财务状况处于最佳状态,从而提高生活品质,还是保证社会资金循环,实现社会再生产的关键环节.商业银行个人理财业务作为当下市场上个人理财业务的经营主体,其经营理念、发展方向很大程度上决定了整个产业的未来走势.随着个人理财业务的发展以及市场对其越来越大的需求,商业银行本身对个人理财业务的完善、创新对于推动整个产业的发展将起到十分重要的作用.
因此,本文以中国工商银行XX市分行为例,通过对其在个人理财业务上的发展现状及存在的问题进行实际的分析探讨,并结合当地情况针对问题进行对策研究,探讨其未来的发展方向.
本文的具体安排如下：首先介绍研究背景以及相关文献,再通过相关定义以及国内外发展现状了解现下我国的商业银行个人理财业务发展情况.在第三章中对研究对象进行SWOT分析,进而提出其现在在商业银行个人理财业务上存在的问题,第五章中针对上述问题进行对策探讨,并在最后做出总结.

With the development of national financial awareness, "personal finance"gradually comes into the vision of the public, the booming development of the personal financial management in recent years is also getting more and more people awared of the necessity of personal finance. Personal financial management is not only make the personal and family financial situation in the best condition, so as to improve the quality of life, but also the key link to ensure social capital circulation and social reproduction. Personal financial management business of commercial banks is the operation mainbody for personal financial management business at present in the market, its business philosophy and the development direction widely determines the whole industry in the future. With the development of personal financial services and the increasing demand of market, the commercial bank itself will play great role to prompt the development of the industry with improvment and innovagtion of personal financial services.
Therefore, this article is taking Industrial & Commercial Bank of China of XX city branch as example, to analyse and discuss the actual situation in the development and the existing problems of personal financial business ,with the actual situation of township to make the countermeasure research for real problems, discuss its future development direction.
Thestructure of paper is organized as follows: firstly introduce the research background and related literature, study the development status of current personal financial services in our country with definition and development status at home and abroad.
