摘 要本次模具设计的内容是“矿泉水瓶盖注塑模的设计”.之所以选择这个设计题目主要有两方面意义:1、瓶盖是带螺纹的塑件,要求设计时要充分考虑到脱模的方式方法,多分型面结构以及点浇口方式的模具结构设计方法;2、瓶盖属中小型件,在我们的日常生活中有一定的普遍性和代表性,为今后的实用性模具设计奠定了基础,以更好的服务模具制造业服务社会.设计内容是从零件的工艺分析开始的,根据工艺要求来确定设计的大体思路.其开始是从零件的材料选择,接下是成型参数、密度、收缩率的确定,模具种类与模具设计的关系、塑件的尺寸精度与结构、注射机的选择、模具设计有关尺寸的计算(包括模具行腔型芯的计算及其公差的确定)、注塑机参数的校核、模具结构设计、模具冷却、加热系统计算、注射模标准件的选用及总装技术要求等内容.
其中模具结构设计是这次设计的主要内容,其内容包含了模具的分型面选择、主流道及分流道的设计与布局,推出机构导向机构,铰链的设计等一系列模具的重要零部件的设计加工方法和加工注意要点.这样更有利于加工人员的一线操作,使其通俗易懂加工方便.本次设计不仅让我熟悉了课本所学的知识,而且让我做到所学的运用到实践当中,更让我了解了塑料模具设计的全过程和加工实践的各种要点.希望本次设计为今后的工作奠定一个良好的基础.

This mould design abstract content is "mineral water bottle cap injection molddesign". The reason of choosing this design topic mainly has two aspects: 1,the plastic bottle cap is threaded, requirements must be considered when designing to release way, multiple sub surface structure and gate way die structure design method; 2, the cap is small, there are general and representative. In our daily life, laid the foundation for future practical mold design, mold manufacturing to service better service society. The design content is from parts of the process analysis, to determine the general designaccording to process requirements. The start is selected from the parts of thematerial, the next is to determine the rate of forming parameters, density,shrinkage, calculating the die types and die design, plastic precision of sizeand structure of the relationship, the choice of injection machine, mold designabout the size (determined by including the mold core and tolerance), injection molding machine checking parameters, mold design, mold cooling, heating system, the calculation of injection mould standard parts of the selection andassembly technology requirements etc..
Die structure design is one of the main content of this design, including the design and layout of mold surface selection, the sprue and runner, ejecting mechanism, guide mechanism, design and processing method and attentionpoints of important parts hinge design and a series of mold. This is more conducive to processing line operation, make it easy and convenient processing. This design not only let me know the textbook knowledge, but alsolet me do apply what they have learned into practice, let me understand the plastic mold design of the various points throughout the process and processing practice. Hope this design to lay a good foundation for future work.
