I posted our main purchasing material of galvanized iron wire and steel wire.
1) The spec.of iron wire is below.
For Shipboard Cable.The size is 0.28mm,0.35mm The quantity is up to 3000 ton/year
The tensile strenth is over 35kgf/mm2 .
The elongation is over 12%.
And the surface of galvanized should be smooth.
The zinc coating should be reasonable not to be rust and hot-dip type.
The packing is not fixed maybe 25kg PC Bobbin.
2) The spec.of steel wire is below.
This is for Optic fiber cable.The Main size is 7/1.0,7/1.2,7/1.4,7/1.6.And single size is 1.4,1.6
The quantity is up to 2000ton/year totally.
Zinc coating is 110g/m2,but we can consider less than that.
Our spec.is a little complicated.
I am seeking 1.2mm size of iron wire for drawing.
This is not galvanized but annealed.
1.2mm wire will be drawn as smaller diameter (0.28,0.35)
The wire which has been drawn should meet below our specification in our final process.
Also,I prefer the wire company which is supplier of major shiping cable company.
