此系统是基于B/S模式的会议管理系统,其主要功能模块包括用户登录模块、会议管理模块、会议室管理模块、会议室试用申请模块、待办工作\已办工作模块、用户管理模块、部门管理模块、角色管理模块等.系统实现业务功能有：用户的登录、注销、修改密码,会议信息维护（新增、删除、修改、查看、发布、报名等）,会议室信息维护（新增、删除、修改、查看、查看使用情况等）,会议室申请（新增、删除、修改、查看、报送、审批等）.系统实现管理功能有：用户管理、部门管理、角色管理.
开发过程中主要采用了JAVA+MYSQL的跨平台解决方案作为程序的整体开发框架.用J2EE技术、MYSQL数据库、JSF、RichFaces、Spring、Ibatits、JavaScript、MyEclipse8.5、Navicate For MySql等技术和工具.
