本设计完成了过程生产自动计数系统的硬件电路设计和软件程序的编写,能够实现对过程生产产量的自动计数,自动记录、统计和显示,所设计的系统在工业生产上具有一定的实际应用价值.
This design has finished the compilation of hardware circuit design and software programs for the process manufacturing counting system,and it realizes the automatic counting,recoding,statistics and displaying of process manufacturing output.The designed system is practical and valuable in the application to industrial manufacturing.
整个系统有三种工作模式,分别是“计数模式”和“统计模式”和“校时模式”,由光电传感器检测物件通过流水线的情况实现生产过程的自动计数,通过EEPROM和时钟芯片实现对特定日期下计数总量的存储和统计,将所得的数据在对应的模式下由LCD显示屏显示出来.
There are three working modes for the whole system:"Counting mode","Statistics mode" and "Timing mode" respectively; the automatic counting in the manufacturing is realized by making photoelectric sensor detection object through the production line.The acquired data will be displayed on a LCD screen under corresponding mode by letting EEPROM and clock chip realize the storage and statistics of counting amount under specific date.
