因特网在计算机和通讯领域掀起了一场前所未有的革命.电报、电话、收音机、计算机的发明为因特网的诞生创造了条件,使各自的功能史无前例地融为一体.因特网一经出现,立刻使全球广播得以实施.成为信息传播的手段,成为人们和计算机之间超越地域限制,实现合作与交互的媒介.
现代科学最显著的特点之一是全世界科学家与科学机构之间更为密切的合作,为什么会出现这种情况呢?主要原因是当前研究工作愈来愈复杂,研究范围也愈来愈广泛,因此产生了雇佣大批科技人员进行研究计划的大规模组织,这就必然导致许多科研项目的发展超越了国界.
许多人觉得跟计算机打交道比跟人打交道更自在,计算机更有耐心,不会对操作的人评头论足.许多学生向教师请教的时候,总会感到紧张,他们乐于向计算机提问,有些病人更愿意向计算机而不是向医生说明自己的病情.甚至出现了能够解决心理问题的计算机程序,因为许多人觉得与别人讨论自己的心理问题不太自在.
美国人崇尚公平,即平等待人,不偏不倚.他们相信机会均等,法律面前人人平等,也就是说,不管社会地位和经济状况如何,人人都能得到公正,然而,尽管多数美国人声称,他们信奉宽大为怀以及民主思想,妇女和少数民族的维权行动仍然面临巨大的障碍,虽然在过去的五十年里取得了一些进步.

In order to gain /create/acquire one breakthrough.We have learned /studied the knowledge that has been amassed /accumulated by our predecessors /ancestors / forefathers / prehominid/ Homo antecessors. The mysteries of the nature is not exhausted and fully explored /revealed throughly by several generations , even scores of generations . if one prides himself in the acquisition of knowledge of the forefathers or standing still and refuse to make progress by adhering to the old conceptions /ideas and old knoweldge .thus , The accumulation of this kind of knoweldge is not of any important meanings , nor is it real spirit of learning , therefore, The most important things of sciencific research is the innovation.
