摘 要:利用水培法实验研究不同浓度的锰胁迫液对麻疯树幼苗的生理生化特性的影响.在不同浓度的锰胁迫下,通过对麻疯树叶片中的叶绿素含量、丙二醛含量、游离脯氨酸含量、可溶性蛋白含量、可溶性蛋白含量、游离脯氨酸含量进行测定,了解麻疯树抗重金属毒害机理.结果表明:在不同浓度的锰胁迫下,麻疯树叶片中的叶绿素含量和过氧化物酶含量逐渐降低,丙二醛含量和游离脯氨酸含量不断升高,可溶性糖含量以及可溶性蛋白含量呈先上升后下降的趋势.说明麻疯树对低浓度锰有一定的适应性,但在高浓度时,植物生长受到影响.

Effects of physiological and biochemical characteristics of liquid on the experimental study of Jatropha curcas seedlings were different concentrations of manganese stress. In different concentrations of manganese stress, was measured by chlorophyll content of Jatropha curcas leaves, MDA content, proline content, soluble protein content, soluble protein content, free proline content, understand the mechanism of resistance to heavy metal toxicity of Jatropha curcas. The results show that: in different concentrations of manganese stress, Jatropha curcas leaves chlorophyll content and peroxidase decreased gradually, the content of MDA and proline content increased, the content of soluble sugar and soluble protein content increased first and then decreased. Description of Jatropha curcas has certain adaptability to low concentration manganese, but at higher concentration, plant growth is affected by.
