Working Individually or Working in aTeam
Thereare basically two ways to get work done.
Oneis to work individually. In this way, people can decide for themselves when tostart work and how to do it. What’s more, they will be able to learn how tosolve problems on their own and how to think independently.
Peoplemay also choose to work in a team, where they can learn from each other andhelp each other. In addition, they may work out better ways to get work donethrough discussion. They can truly learn the skills of cooperation and how toget through the ideas to their team mates.
Asfar as I’m concerned, I prefer to work in a team, which offers me a chance tolearn how to get along with others and to share my experiences with them. Asthe work can be divided among several people, it can be done efficiently.Teamwork is always important.
