As is known to all, we now have two day weekends, which means we have one raore day for vest after a week's work and study. In this way we can have more time for recollection and
relaxation. With more free time, some can do cleaning, shopping, exercising, traveling, etc. Some can have a chance to find a part time job and gain more work experience.
As the saying goes, "there are two sides to everything." Two day weekends also bring with it some problems. Those students who lack self-control spend too much time playing on weekends and neglect rest. As a result, on Monday morning they fall asleep in class. On the other hand those who work part time jobs are somewhat distracted from their study and concentrate more on making money.
I think we should plan cur time so as to have adequate time for both work and play. I will do moderate exercise and some reading as well in order to be more energetic and better prepared for next-week's study.
双休日
众所用知，我们已有了双休日，这意味着人们在l周的工作和学习之后，增加了1个休息日。这样，人们便能有更多的时间休息。反思、调整和放松，有时间打扫、购物、运动、旅游，等等。有的可以业余打工，以获得更丰富的工作经验。
常言道：“事物都有两个方面”。双休日也带来一些问题。那些缺乏自控能力的学生只顾玩，忽视了休息，其结果是星期一上午上课时在课堂上睡觉。另一方面，那些打工的同学一心挣钱而学习上分心了。
我认为应计划好时间，以便有足够的时间工作和娱乐。我会适当地运动，同时也读点书，为了下一周能更精力充沛地学习做好准备。
