难忘的一件事 ；在我的学习生活中,发生过很多事,就像天上的星星一样,数也数不清.有些已经渐渐地忘记了,唯有一件事令我至今难望.
那是发生在一年前的一件事.
那次在运动会上,我代表班集体参加年级比赛------男子200米短跑.当裁判举起枪,“砰”地一声响,我拼命地向前冲,跑了一百米,累了,没有足够的体力,所以被别人甩在了后面,所以得到了第四名（倒数第一名）.
比赛结束后,我不敢面对这样的比赛结果.当时的心情糟糕透了,伤心到了极点.经过一番心理斗争后,我终于领悟了：短跑不能把全部的体力用出去,要把百分之二十的体力留到最后冲刺时使用.
这件事令我终生难忘,不能因急于成功而把所有的精力都用尽,要把一部分留到最后.停 In my study life,there were many things,like stars,can even count.Some have been gradually forgotten,only one thing makes me look so far difficult.

That in the sports meeting,I represent class attend grade game - man 200 meters dash.When the referee raised his gun and slammed a ring,I desperately rushing,ran a hundred meters,tired,not enough energy,so being dumped behind,so get a fourth (bottom first name).
After the match,I dare not face such the result of the match.The current mood of terrible,sad on top of the world.After some psychological battles,I finally understood the:sprint can't put all the physical with out to put twenty percent of the physical until the last sprint when used.
It makes me unforgettable,can't eager to succeed and put all the energy were exhausted,part of the left to the last.

Last month, my parents took me to Beijing. We go there for sightseeing. We saw the Great Wall, Beijing Forbidden City, Summer Palace ... ... we still eat KFC, really delicious ah! I like to eat French...
