现在完成时（Present perfect）①过去发生并且已经完成的动作对现在造成影响或后果,②过去某一时间开始并一直持续到现在并且有可能还会持续的动作或状态
这里是第②种情况
2.B因为曾经有人给他说过,所以“根据现在他所说的”给现在造成影响：他知道(有人给他说过）这里是第①种情况

这两道题差不多，都是在考察完成时态，这种题首先应注意时间状语，或与时间有关的词语
