五、表面处理之优缺点比较:
虽然线路板行业的表面处理日兴月易,但总的来说不外乎两种:既机械处理和化学处理,而自动研磨机为机械处理的翘楚.下面就以本司之自动研磨机(10E02)与化学(药水)处理的优缺点做一简单比较:
1.减铜方式:
自动研磨机之减表面的铜,而不减孔内的铜;而工艺一般要求为只处理表面;
2.环保:
本司自动磨板机处理板后,客户只需简单配备铜粉过滤器就可以很好的回收纯铜粉,且水资源可循环利用,无污染;而化学减铜后,不但铜粉回收困难,而水资源浪费严重,处理污水需要大量的资金;
3.回收物:
机械减铜后所回收为纯铜;而化学减铜后为化学铜,若需利用,还需要再处理;
4.使用范围:
自动研磨机可以研磨线路板上之树脂,可一机多用;而化学方法则不可以.

虽然线路板行业的表面处理日兴月易,但总的来说不外乎两种:既机械处理和化学处理,而自动研磨机为机械处理的翘楚.下面就以本司之自动研磨机(10E02)与化学(药水)处理的优缺点做一简单比较:
The surface treatment on PCB industry has been keeping updated, generally including of two methods, namely, mechanical and chemical.
Needless to say, automatic grinding machine is the eminent equipment on mechanical treating method.
Hereinafter, we’d like to make a brief comparison between our multi-functional automatic grinding machine(model 10E02) and typical chemical treatment.
1. 减铜方式: Method of Copper Reduction
自动研磨机之减表面的铜,而不减孔内的铜;而工艺一般要求为只处理表面;
The automatic grinding machine is only reduced the copper from the surface of board, all copper inside of the hole will be remained, is completely matched the requirements of technical process.
2. 环保: Eco-protection
本司自动磨板机处理板后,客户只需简单配备铜粉过滤器就可以很好的回收纯铜粉,且水资源可循环利用,无污染;而化学减铜后,不但铜粉回收困难,而水资源浪费严重,处理污水需要大量的资金;
After the treatment, the pure copper powders can be easily recycled by simple copper powder filter, and the water can be recycled as well, with the idealized eco-protection.
Regarding to chemical treatment, without doubt, a lot of water will be wasted during the process, and it is very difficult to recycle the copper powder, in addition, it is considerable funds customer has to cover for the wastewater treatment.
3. 回收物: Recycled Materials
机械减铜后所回收为纯铜;而化学减铜后为化学铜,若需利用,还需要再处理;
The pure copper powder will be recycled by means of mechanical process, but regarding to chemical process, the chemistry of copper has to be reprocessed with further treatment.
4. 使用范围: Scope of Use
自动研磨机可以研磨线路板上之树脂,可一机多用;而化学方法则不可以.
The automatic grinding machine is multifunctional, also can be treated against epoxy resin, but chemical process is not possible.
