Now more and more company likes to employ equal number of men and women workers,
do you think this is a positive or negative development?
Recently,there have been an increasing number of companies which get to refer to remain a balance between the number of men and women workers.From my point of view,I argue that this tendency plays a positive role in our daily life.
Admittedly,a latent problem that the unemployment rate of male will be brought out sooner or later because of the tendency,especially in a metropolis,such as Beijing who has already had an abnormal proportion between male and female.
However,the positive effects of this tendency outweigh its negative effects.I will illustrate it in following four aspects.To begin with,we can undoubtedly enhance the female’s statue in the society by receiving equal opportunities of occupation and then we can gradually diminish the gender discrimination.Therefore,we can build a harmonious society.Secondly,this unshakable tendency stimulates the development of the society.By employing more female workers,they have a way to contribute themselves and create different value compared with the male.In addition,it not only apparently improves the living-standard within a family but also effectively enhances the income of the single woman to cope with their economical problem.Moreover,as it is,man and woman have absolutely different talent in nature,so a company employs both men and women workers can make the reasonable and proper labor-allocation between the two so that the company will gain higher effectiveness to accelerate its development.
To put it simply,the trend that more and more companies intend to receive equal quantity of male and female workers will certainly pour new momentum into stimulating society’ s further development in spite of its subordinate negative aspect.
