情景:A和C遇见了B,B与其说起自己的经历,并觉得自己应该在语言学习上再下一番功夫,于是三人一起去请教D.
A:Hello B,it seems that you are not very happy today,what happened?
B:Hi A,C.Well,nothing serious.You know,I have been learning English(*) for nearly three years but,I don't think I've made any big progress on it.Especially on the aspects of speaking.Yesterday,I was walking when an foreigner stoped me and asked for direction in English.Though I could understand most of what he said,I could hardly speak out a fluent English sentence.
C:you must felt embarrassed then.I was involved in a similar situation before and I still remember how awkward I was at that moment.
B:Yeah,I felt so a lot.And I was very disappointed in myself.Well,if I have been learning English for three months,then it's fine.But the truth is I have learned for over three years!
A:Hm...Yeah,I think that your disappointment is reasonable.Indeed the language learning is not very easy,especially when facing the need of communication in the certain language.I heard that D speaks English very well,how about we go to ask him for some advices in practicing the oral English?
B,C:That's a good idea.Let's go.

D:Am quite good,thanks.Well,I think you three have somethings to tell me?
C:Yeah,we come here to ask for some advices in speaking English.We heard that your oral English is awsome,how do you practise to reach that level?
D:Ahh,I read after the tape everyday for at least one hour and try my best to remember at least five sentences per day.So after three years,I have more than five thousand sentences in my brain to say whenever I need it.Well,the most important of all I think,is persistence.Only do you practice persistently you could gain what you want at the end.The process is tedious yet the harvest is delightful.Anyway,I feel I havn't learnt enough thus I will have to continue practicing.
B:Hm...sounds reasonable,my poor oral English is just due to the lack of practicing speaking.Thank you D.
A:Yeah,it makes sense,thanks a lot.
