[摘要] 20世纪90年代中期以来,跨国并购迅速发展.跨国收购与兼并,已经成为全球跨国投资的主要方式.本文从研究跨国公司在全球的投资方式入手,通过对当前跨国并购的行为进行实证分析,提出我国在跨国并购盛行的形势下利用外资的对策.首先对跨国并购的基本概念及我国的相关法律进行阐述.其次对跨国公司在华进行并购投资的原因、现状及对我国造成的影响进行分析,并根据最新的数据对跨国并购的发展趋势做出推测.最后分析我国当前在引资工作中存在的问题,针对当前形势,提出了我国新时期面对跨国并购浪潮利用外资的对策建议.
