本文则据此提出了新闻评论的“新三要素”—事实、事态和事理： “事实”是指新闻评论中所需引以为据的新闻事实, “事态”则是指所选新闻事实的发展变化的态势和过程, “事理”顾名思义即事物的道理. 同时还据此探究了坚持这三要素的做法,以及它们之间不能混淆的区别和相辅相成不可分割的联系.

In today’s information age, the leading status of the mass media become more and more remarkable. In the meantime, the position and function of news review stands out and its influence on public opinion and thoughts of people also become much broader. For a long time, the press has treated news review as the derivative genre of argumentative writing, the three essential factors of which was also were regarded as the three essential factors of the news review. However, for my own part, with the development of the times, the news review should keep pace with the times. The unceasing development of the news review aims at getting close to daily life to a higher degree and direct the news practice, therefore, I intend to explore the essential factors from the perspective of journalism, based on which the essay put forward the “three new essential factors” of news review – fact, states of affairs and reason. “Fact” refers to the news facts which are the evidence of news review, “States of affairs” refers to the statement and process of the developments and changes of the chosen news facts, “Reason”, just as its name implies, is the reason of the facts. Then, based on the new three essential factors, the essay also explores the persistent on the three factors, the differences which will not be mixed up among them, and the complementary and inseparable relationship of them.
