It is so important for everyone to have a healthy living habits especially for students that my mother often demind me that do exercise everyday and eat vegetables.It's the reason why I am so healthy and strong.I eat vegetables more than tenth a week.
As junk food ,I do my best to eat it once s week .And I insist that every seven hours of sleep.
It's helpful for our studing to eat green food and do exercise.Well,develop the good habit of like me!
