With the development of social economics and the sucess of performance management in enterprises,the idea of government performance management forming gradually,tending to reach perfection through plenty of practice in different countries, is becoming the main trend of government reforms.
We were late in the research of government performance management.Although it is gradually developing by researching and borrowing the idea of western countries,the management in our country is still in its beginning stage.Therefore a lot of problems are coming in the practice,which demands that we should set up the system of government performance management suited to our country based on the situation of our country.It is not only the requirement for government competence to build up perfect and regular system of governement performance management ,but also the inner requirement for economic development in socialist country.
