首先看后面时态,doubt现在时.will将来时.“价格下降”对现在造成了影响（是否会保持）,用现在完成时.

首句是remained过去式,后面那句要和首句时态一致.He was thinking.“他正在思考”.其他三个选项不合语法.

由Not yet判断出文件还未完全更正,“文件仍在更正中”,文件是被更正,用被动语态.

be going to表示近期、眼下就要发生的事情,will表示的将来时间则较远一些.be going to表示根据主观判断将来肯定发生的事情,will表示客观上将来势必发生的事情.
