Magic Heat Pad
Directions--
Cold use:
1.Place the pad in liquid state in refrigerator for approx. 20 minutes.
2.Wrap in thin cloth and use as ice pad.
3.For facial use,place pad on the skin controlling excessive grease and preventing skin dryness.
4.For relief of pain,bleeding,fever and eye exhaustion.
Heat use:To activate
1.Flex metal disc back and forth until crystals form.
2.Knead heat pad to soften.
3.Soothes rheumatic conditions,arthritis,abdominal pain,joint,muscle and nerve pain.Stabilizes body temperature.
To recharge:
1.Wrap cyrstallizes pad in a cloth.
2.Place wrapped heat pad in a pot of boiling water.
3.Continue to boil for 5minutes or above and keep stirring the pad with a spoon until all crystals are completely dissolved and pad has returned to original liquid state.
4.Carefully remove pad from water and allow to cooling.(If any crystals remain,pad may re-solidify.if so,continue boiling until the pad is completely clear).
5.Heat pad is ready to reuse.

热用：启动

重复使用：
1.将结晶的毯子放在衣料中.
2.将包裹的热谈放在煮沸的水壶中.
3.持续加温五分钟或者更长,持续用汤匙搅拌知道所有的晶体完全溶解,直到毯子恢复到原来的液体状态.
4.小心的从水中拿开毯子,让它冷却.（如果任何晶体残留,毯子会重新固化.如果有残留,请继续加热直到完全液化)
5.热毯可以再次使用了.
