If the bond regularisation amount is negative (in your favour), it will be discounted from the first monthly payment of the 2008/09 academic year, which means you will not have to deposit anything in the account of the residence hall.
You will find the information for the payment of the regularisation of the guarantee deposit (bond) in the Users zone, in the section “Particular clauses”, in point C2.
Send the following to the residence hall by postal mail:
A photocopy of the university registration for the 2008-09 academic year via postal mail (if you have not sent it yet).
Two ID-sized photographs, with your name and surname(s) written on the back.
The bank receipt of the payment for the regularisation of the bond.
Those students not residing in Spain will only have to send the receipt of the guarantee deposit (bond) to the fax number of the residence hall: (+0034) 948 242 257. The other documents will have to be submitted at the residence hall on the day of your arrival.
WARNING: if these documents are not received within the term specified, the reservation will be annulled.
As soon as you arrive at the residence hall, the room inventory will be made and you will be given a copy of the Internal Rules of Procedure signed by us, as well as the invoice for the payment of the place booking you have made.
For this purpose, and for us to give you your room keys, it is essential, on the date of joining the residence hall that the Management be in possession of all the documents requested from you in the present mail.
