1.be associated with指的是A事与B事是相互关联的,这种关联关系是因为A与B同时发生或者属于因果关系；be related with指的是A与B有关联而已,用于人时指有亲属关系,用于物时可指同属一种类.我觉得最能考的是这两个词组的介词吧,associated是跟with,related是跟to的.
2.此题该选B,B中的should是带有“竟然”的意思的,指的是“他是一个仔细的人,他竟然犯了这样的错误,我很惊讶”,你所认为的should'nt have made指的是本不该做而做了的事,而这类题目考的是should的“竟然”用法.
3.what引导的主语从句跟这是完全不一样的,你没发现前后两句话中间用的是逗号吗,这里选one应该是同位语吧,因为one指代的是前半句的a habit,请你注意,此处绝对不能填which,which引导的是非限制性定语从句,既然为定语,它指代的是habit,可是前半句中的habit前有个不定冠词a,所以用one,表示habit中的一个.当然,空格处天one that也是可以的
4.前半句说我弟弟（哥哥）很高,所以后半句是说那张小床不适合他,而且你选prepare的话,那么bed做它的动作主语,不对的呀,床怎么能为人准备什么呢,实在要选prepare的话,也是说the little bed won't be prepared for him才对呀.do for sb/sth指“合适,足够（大）等”,所以答案选B.
5.这道题就更简单了,是你没搞懂强调句.它的基本句型的却是It is...that/who,但是你这句是强调句和定语从句合用的情况.比如我把这句话随便补齐,“他是在2002年在公路上骑车时遇见了她”,翻译为It is in 2002 when he was riding a bike on the drive-way that he met her.所以你看,that引导的强调句强调的是我后面补上的,而空格里要填的是when,引导的是定语从句,懂没?
