摘 要
作为一种从正六边形蜂窝夹芯结构演变而来的准菱形蜂窝夹芯结构,由于蜂窝纸板具有平压强度高、刚度大、厚度大等特点,蜂窝纸板折叠成箱时的压痕参数将不能完全的套用瓦楞纸板的.本文将通过对往届学长实验的成果基础上,以及参考瓦楞纸箱的压痕工艺,进一步探索出更加完善的菱形蜂窝纸板压痕参数,在文章中将对不同厚度纸板在确定较佳压痕深度的情况下,实验分析压痕刀厚度与压痕槽宽度对纸板压痕成型的影响.其次,在借鉴蜂窝纸板的生产工艺的基础上,利用丝网印刷的原理制造了上胶装置,并制定了菱形蜂窝纸板的成型工艺.经过拉伸蜂窝、敷面纸等工序完成了菱形蜂窝纸板的试样制作.最后,通过压痕试验和引入回弹力的概念,对同边长、不同厚度、夹芯结构的蜂窝纸板进行最优压痕参数的探究实验.
试验结果表明:在蜂窝纸板进行压痕时压痕深度随着纸板的厚度的增加而增加;在当量密度相同的情况下,菱形蜂窝纸板比六边形蜂窝纸板更容易折叠成箱.
