摘 要
在对目前市面上的客户管理系统(CRM)的广泛调查和研究之后,发现很多市面上的客户管理系统大多都是以产品为中心,忽略了客户管理中最重要的部分—客户关系.随着市场经济的不断发展,客户管理的重要性体现的越发明显.企业要想生存发展,就必须与与之息息相关的客户建立起良好的关系,不断发展新客户,以企业高质量的产品、优质的服务、良好的资信吸引新客户;经常维系与老客户的关系,以规范的客户管理方式、温馨的客户关怀、高效的客户服务来提升老客户的忠诚度.由此,客户管理系统应运而生.
本文详细阐述了该客户关系管理信息系统的整个开发过程,从最初的用户需求、可行性研究,到系统的逻辑结构设计、物理结构设计及实施过程,从而实现了一个完整的信息系统的开发过程.

The current market in the customer management system (CRM),after extensive investigations and research,found that many of the customer management system available in the market are mostly products as the center,a customer management ignored the most important part - customer relationship.As the market economy continues to develop,the importance of customer management of the more obvious.To survive enterprise development,we must closely related with the customers and establish a good relationship,and constantly develop new customers with the enterprise high-quality products,quality service,good credit attract new customers; customers often maintain the relationship with the old to standardize the management of customers,warm customer care,efficient customer service to enhance the old customer loyalty.Because of this,customer management systems have emerged.
This paper elaborated on the customer relationship management information system for the entire development process,from initial needs of users,feasibility studies,the logical structure of the system design,structural design and physical implementation process in order to achieve a complete information systems development process

Abstract:
After a wide range of investigation and research on the Customer Relation Management (CRM) in the current market, we found that many of the CRMs are proudct-oriented instead of customer-relations-oriented, which is the most important part in CRM.
As market economy develops continuously, the importance of customer management emerges obviously. For the future development, companies have to establish and keep good relations with their customers,abstrat and develop new customers with high product quality, perfect after sale service and good credit, and enhance the old customers' loyalty to the company by regulated management system and effective services. Customer relation management comes out under such circumstance.
This article describes in detail the whole development process of customer relationship management, from the very beginning customer demand and flexible research to systematic logic structure design, physical structure design and implementation process.
