In the current position ,first of all should have a comprehensive understanding to the company's products ,familiar with customer and work process of the sales department.
2.Which of these skills do you feel you already possess and in which of these skills lie areas for development
Now I have a rough understanding of the company's products.Have a whole understanding to the company and I need to improve my English ability .
3、How could Kautex specifically support you on your advancement and further development
The company can provide all aspects of the training .Make me in the training of various departments to improve myself .
4、Current job responsibility
For their first few months with company I go from one department to another and learn about company's product .Accept and finish the other task from Manager.
