what和which引导从句的区别：
1. what只引导名词性从句
宾语从句：I don't know what you have done. 我不知道你做了些什么.
表语从句：This is what I want to know. 这就是我想知道的事情.
主语从句：What you want to get has not done yet. 你想要的东西还没完成.
2. which 用于引导定语从句,指代一个表示事物先行词,如
：
Maria was wearing the shirt which I had sent to her.玛丽亚正穿着那件我送给她的衬衫.
3. 你提问的句子也是定语从句,但是由于先行词 shirt 被 the same 限定,根据句型 the same ... as 的要求,应该用 as 指代,即：
