Today Doctor LI came to our school and give a speech about health.
I think health is the most important thing in the world. With the development of people's living standard, huge amounts of people have become to focus on balancing diet and keep fit. But how to keep healthy?
Firstly ,get rid of fast food, because it is hard to maintain control of your eating habits when coupled with a fast pace lifestyle. A good diet limits the amount of meat intake and increases the amount of fresh fruit, vegetables, seeds, and nuts to keep your system running smoothly.
Secondly,keep a regular exercise.
Taking just 30 minutes of your day is all you really need if you want to stay healthy.
Thirdly,eliminate stress, You have a lot of ways to relax yourself ,such as listening to music, doing exersice, singing ,and so on.
