之前您要求修改提单时,我们有按照指示做了修改,将10 pallets 改为了10 pallets 37drums.但事实上我们出口到美国的货物从来没发生过因申报托盘件数而无法清关的情况,包括往年出给你们的货物,也都是申报的托盘件数.我们按照您的指示修改之后的提单显示的不是37drums,仍然是10 pallets 37drums.与ams信息也是相符的.

We are so sorry that the reply has been delayed due to the Spring Festival.We reply you an email on 28th ,which informed you that we couldn't revise ams since the goods has been arrived in New York,and it is recommended that all of your customs clearance data is do be done according 10 items.
Before you required to modify the bill of lading,we have modified accoding to the instruction,we changed 10 pallets into 10 pallets 37drums.But actually we have never happened to the case that we can't clear owing to declare the tray items when we export the goods to America,including the goods we sent you in former years,which are the tray items declared.The bill of lading showed 10 pallets instead of 37 drums after we modified in accordance of your direction,and 37 drums matched the message of ams.
To reduce the unnecessary loss,the delivery should be arranged as soon as possible.We appreciate your understand and support very much
