摘 要 本文主要对杭州铁路东站枢纽彭埠单元R21-26地块农转居公寓建设项目的环境影响评价的编制进行全面阐述,总结归纳了房地产建设开发在建设期和营运期的环境保护工作的重点与措施,并且通过我国环境影响评价制度与国外环境影响评价制度的对比,指出我国以后环境影响评价制度应该发展的方向.

Abstract In this paper,the East Railway Station of Hangzhou hub port unit Peng R21-26 plots of agricultural apartment to Habitat construction projects in the preparation of environmental impact assessment carried out a comprehensive exposition,summed up the building of real estate development in the construction period and operation period of the environmental protection work the focus and measures,and through our environmental impact assessment system with foreign environmental impact assessment system in contrast,pointed out that after China's environmental impact assessment system should be the direction for development.
