20.He told me “ My car is already fucked up,I will fix it ” and he did not report any new damage to me.As he had driven away I could not inspect his vehicle at that time.
28.When I went to Court for not having insurance the State of Wyoming dismissed the citation based upon the information in paragraph No.27 above.2
